Yes, I am back. I have been threatening to be back for a few months and then I

filled with stuff so in this episode I just want to give you we did the cliff notes of what's being going on with me on my big long break.

So what's being going on with me? Well, back in episode 99 when I said that I was winding up the podcast, I was in a space where I just felt that I needed to well make space. I felt that I needed to let go

over a hell of a lot of things, not because they had to be let go of forever, but just to understand

my bandwidth, my emotional, mental, physical and spiritual bandwidth.

And also to get a sense of what it is that I really wanted,

sometimes you have to let go of certain things that you do,

things that you've been doing for a long time in order to get a sense of what feels good

and right for you. I started blogging on June the 4th 2004. Baggage reclaim started September 12th 2005.

So I have been online and in one way or another sharing insights into my world, my journey, as well as helping people to figure out their own journeys.
