impacts every area of our lives as Christian women. Hello, friend. I'm Marcy Farrell from

Thankful Homemaker, and I'm so glad to be with you today. My Doug and I have been away from home

for a bit this winter, and somewhere along the way, we've become snowbirds, something we never

thought we would do. But living in Wisconsin in January and February, it will change you.

Over the years, it started with one week, then two, and now here we are for almost six weeks.

This slower time has been such a gift. We've had space to talk, to pray, to think, to plan,

to read together, even to record a podcast together on encouraging your husband's leadership.

That was the last one. So hopefully you got to catch it with my doggie.

We get playtime down here, but we still work and plan our upcoming year together, our spiritual

priorities, what we want to do with

our grandkids, just all different things. We so cherish this time together. As our time now is

winding down, it has me thinking of the pace of life we live in when we get back home. Our life is

full, and I so love it and the season we're in now, even as

officially senior citizens, but I know how easily the pace picks back up when we return home.

Our world seems to move so quickly. Our life feels busier now than when we had our kiddos home

with us, which we can't figure that one out.

But, and then I am, you already know this, a productivity nerd.

And whatever I can make more efficient or optimize, I'm all in, right?

Give me my routines, my planners.
