You know, I said I would never do this again, and yet here I am. So obviously,

baby, you are gifted at encouraging my leadership. Although the fact that you promised to make

me some manicotti might have slightly contributed convincing me to do this. But honestly, even without

the manicotti, I love you, and I'm thrilled to be here. And I really am looking forward to sharing this time together with you and your audience.

Well, first of all, that Manicati was a bonus, not a bribe, and I so love that you're here. So I just am really thankful. I think my listeners probably enjoy hearing from you more than me anyway. So this is a gift. I am really grateful that we can do this

that can feel very tender for a lot of us. Yeah, this is really an area of struggle for many women.

And we say we want our husbands to lead, but then we live in a way that

makes it hard for them to do so. I've seen it in my own life over the years. You've probably not

seen that, though, but... Never happens in our home. Marcy was not affected by the fall as much as all

the other women. Oh, gosh. No, of course not. We're both aware that's not true, right? Because so often even for women,

it can show up as controlling the schedule or having a final saying decisions or feeling the need
