We are going to jump right into the morning recap of day 15 in the penalty phase for Tanner

Horner.

I believe the defense intends to rest on Monday.

There is no court tomorrow.

I think his grandmother is expected to take the stand this afternoon.

The first witness on the stand was a clinical psychologist, and he was asked to confirm Tanner's autism spectrum diagnosis.

They watched the abduction video, and they also watched the interrogation video to see signs of autism.

With what they saw in his records and the video, they felt they had enough to do a full evaluation.

He diagnosed Tanner with autism spectrum disorder, bipolar 1, and generalized anxiety disorder.

He did not diagnose him with antisocial personality disorder.

On cross, they asked why did they watch the interrogation video, and they wanted to see him present his alter ego zero to see if he had multiple personality disorder.

And they wanted to see his presentation at that time.

In the abduction video, prior to the abduction, he showed an increase in anxiety and stemming behavior,

which is repetitive motor activity.

Tanner did not tell them that he used drugs on the day of the offense. He also knows Tanner

has lied repeatedly about the facts of the case. So he's asked, how do you know he was truthful

with you? The witness said they had validity scores, school records,

mental health facility records, and then collateral information from people who knew Tanner.
