A little background on me.

I've just been in the nutrition world and fitness world for a very long time.

But 17 days ago, I had a crazy full send accident and I broke five vertebrae, compressed, fractured, my T3, T4, T5, T6, T7, my thoracic spine has been through a overhaul.

And when you look at your T spine, so you have your cervical, your thoracic, and then your lumbar,

your thoracic is all connected to your heart, your heart chakra.

So I am getting this massive upgrade on what it is that my heart desires, how I communicate,

all these subconscious underlying ways that I operate in relationships and in friendships and in love and in work.
