We are finally actually recording a podcast in my office.

So it's a little messy.

I'm not going to lie.

Actually, this is pretty like organized over here on my desk but we got lights in the background it's

just it's absolutely chaotic and it's very windy out today so if you hear any noise there's i mean

i'm looking outside on my patio my backyard and there's just like big branches everywhere which

will be great for firewood but when i tell you i even had to go out this morning and move some of the

chairs out front because they were just banging up against the fence so it's definitely we're

definitely in the thick of winter right now but I'm so glad you guys are here let's dive into

some confidence stuff lately I feel like everyone has been talking about really wanting to

rebuild confidence after you go through

a divorce or a breakup, heartbreak, narcissistic abuse, all those things. And it definitely takes a toll on

you going through these relationships, getting out of these relationships. And of course, your

self-esteem is going to get a little chipped away. Let's just be honest. But let's also make sure

that we're honest with ourselves and

say, look, it probably wasn't even the best even before you even gone into that relationship.

So my big thing is not just fixing problems that are happening because of you getting out of

this relationship, but it's also about fixing everything. Like let's talk about all the stuff

that has been inside of you for a very long time
