We’ve all heard how important it is to live in the moment. But, a lot of us know that’s easier said than done. We also know we should try to do it, but, we don’t know where to begin! So, what do we need to know about meditation and mindfulness?
We’ll explore that question on this episode as we talk with our guest, Rebecca Pacheco. She’s an international Yoga teacher, and author of the book Do Your Om Thing, which was named one of the “top ten yoga and meditation books” by Yoga Journal . Rebecca’s new book is called, "Still Life: The Myths and Magic of Mindful Living".
