Summary

After ten years of leading in fast paced-demanding environments, and a lifetime of transmuting pain into power, I discovered a passion for coaching women on tools to cope with the stress that comes with being in these environments. Through virtual one-on-one coaching sessions, guided retreats and workshops, I coach to take the limits off.
