So I'm James Kinsey.

I work professionally as a sales director at AirD&A.

We should know you and all of your following team here will be pretty familiar with I've been there over six years now

so quite a journey from kind of startup world through to kind of be acquired and being a bit more of a serious operator in the space.

On a personal level, partly why I'm here with you today, is I'm a small time host with a couple of properties,

two soon to be three, and I might much like many of your customer

base want to make the most of increasing direct bookings and speaking to an expert to

ideally get as many constructive comments and feedback about how I might make that step.

So someone directly kind of in the industry, it's good to get a chance to speak to someone, a real expert well regarded like yourself.
