really going to resonate with you so let's dive right in we're talking about

growth and how growing doesn't always feel good right and I notice in myself and maybe you can connect with this too is that sometimes

when I'm growing and it doesn't feel good, my brain is kind of trying to protect me from

potential pain or potential failure or the

feelings associated with missing a goal and convinced me that I shouldn't be

moving in that direction. So I've got to be very intentional about catching when my brain

is trying to pull that BS on me, right? And like Kathy Heller, who was in

last week's podcast episode, which girl if you did not listen to that episode it's actual

fire I'll put it in the show notes but she explained feelings in a really cool

way that I had never heard before she said feelings are like visitors.
