This episode was just so much fun.

I'm talking to my good friend, Hannah Bronfen-Fallis, who's pretty much been on the podcast

every single year since the podcast started and I just love all of the personality, truth

and just honesty she brings to this conversation.

I also just want to say like motherhood is a very personal journey and it's kind of hard

sometimes to talk about some of the things that we get into because people will vehemently

disagree with your way of doing things or like your truth and what worked for you.

So I really want to commend Hannah also just for her honesty and candor.

She had me laughing so loud throughout this whole conversation.

I know you guys are going to really love it.

I also just want to shut out everyone who told me that even though they are not a mother

yet or they aren't even thinking about becoming a mother or they're not interested in it,

that they appreciate conversations about what this whole labor and delivery thing is like

because it's like this black box that you don't get insight into, I'm just happy that

I can just bring the reality of the situation to the surface and how it changes your body

and your mood and all of that.

Now if you follow Hannah on social as I think a million people do, you kind of know her

but I think this conversation and not to just congratulate myself too much for being such

an excellent interviewer but it's also because we have a friendship, I was able to get

into topics that she doesn't talk about often.

So not just her mother, her journey, but her background, what was it like growing up
