Here with you to talk about, well, I guess a lot of things, but we're here for the 50-second

episode of Real Hawk Talk, and man, it's a bit of a bittersweet moment in that it's always great to get together with the fellas and to talk with all of you about the Seahawks.

But I think we all had hoped that we'd be talking about a Seahawks win and moving on to the second round of the playoffs.

That did not happen.

And there was a lot of reaction, as there always is, to a loss, especially a loss at the

ends of season.

We're going to break it all down.

And we're going to do it.

We're going to try our best to do it in a little bit more of a civil tone than we've seen on Twitter in the last few days.

And even maybe cut out a little bit of the sarcasm and hyperbole that this show is known for.

So we're going to try to really break it down, have a respectful conversation and try to

understand what's going on with that game, with the CX overall. And we'll start by introducing the

fellas. Nathan Ernst, it is wonderful to see you for a second straight week. How are you doing?
