We've been friends a long time. She's got a company called Prime Real Estate Group,

and I've watched you grow that business. So congratulations. Thank you.

I mean, it's been amazing for me to watch

because you basically started as a real estate agent. Correct. And now you have this incredible

presence throughout Idaho and Washington. So let's start with how did you get started in real

estate and kind of walk everybody through your journey? First off, Ken, thank you so much for the opportunity. I read your book before we even had a

chance to meet in person, felt like I was a fan before I saw you speak at seminars, and I followed

your work and your success with MC companies. It's been incredible. So this is a real treat.

You earned it, by the way.

I mean, I've watched you.

It's been super inspiring.

There's a lot of people out there that are real estate agents

and a lot of people that are trying to get into real estate,

they own one home, and you've done it.

Like, you've taken real estate and made it into a business.

You have lots of rentals and investments,
