Everybody, it's getting back right here. And as you guys have asked, everybody wants to hear

from my partner, Ross McAllister. He is my partner in MC companies. And what we're going to

talk about today is we're going to talk about new construction because a lot of people

want to know about new construction. And a lot of people want to know about new

construction and a lot of people, you know, buy properties, rent properties, cashful properties,

but a lot of them want to get into this ground up construction. And so what you guys might not know

is when I first got into the business, I didn't know how to do it either. And so one of the benefits was partnering up with my partner, Ross McAllister,

he is an MC of MC companies.

How are you doing today?

Good, good, good.

So I know that, you know, like when we

met, I just, I knew how to manage properties and I knew how to, you know, make them run better and

on all those things. But, you know, like, canoe construction to me just seemed like, you know,

something that is like reading Chinese, you know,

like how in the heck am I going to do that? So it's interesting now. We've done a bunch of it,

obviously through you, but this is a question that comes up a lot. And I think a lot of people
