For me, it was losing my sister. And I finally said, I'm going for it. And that's how we created

the company. And our first deal was 100,000-dollar condo. Then we bought duplexes, triplexes, four plexes. Now we need to figure out how to we scale. So it took us eight years to build 20 units and 3 million. It took us three years to get to 200 million and 1,200 units. How the hell? OPM. We took some of our money, other people's money, it's. Why do you think multifamily is the best asset class to invest in? What do people need? They need three things. They need food, they need water, and they need shelter. They either rent or they own. More people rent, they're starting to rent these days than even ownership. So how can we provide reasonable housing and go buy these apartment complexes? Very low leverage, good cash flow, and wipe out income taxes. You know, I haven't paid income taxes in nine years. What's the first multifamily investment you recommend people to start with? If it's a multifamily, 10 units. Why 10, not less? The more zeros to go around and it's investable, meaning other investors can come into and everybody can make money to get.
