Over really communicate. It was me stepping up to a plate saying I own up my mistake. How much does it cost on average to build an On average, the cost more between $200,000,000. |
| 1:28.5 | Once you're done building it out and stabilized, the property can be worth up to $4 million. Okay. I love this idea of the ADU. What step one, two, three to make it happen from zero finish line? Coming from someone who's built over 180s, I can tell you that it's almost the same steps every single time. Once you understand all that, any ADU investors out there can be successful in the ADU space. |
