for the last few days. We are calling it Fun Fridays. That's the working title for today's podcast and every Friday's podcast. And what we're going to do

is on Fridays, we're going to talk about the things that we have been reading and paying

attention to. And some of these things are fun. Some of them are irreverent. And some of them,

frankly, are going to help you guys make money. But we are not promising this to be a real drilled down real estate podcast.

So yes, you've come here for real estate coaching and training,

but we are going to sprinkle in a little bit of good old-fashioned goofiness

to make it so that you can enjoy today's show and add a little levity.

And I'll tell you the reason that Julie and I do this is that we have been in the, you know, this year we've

been married for 34 years. We've been to coaching and training business for over 20 years.

And a lot of what we say on a podcast and coaching and the books we write and all the content

we create, all the other things, it's essentially what we've been doing for a long period of

time and we obviously updated all the time. So we're going to tell you in essence what you should do to build your business and make

money in real estate and help other people. But it's not that dissimilar from what we told

you 10 years ago. That can lead to us getting really chronically bored and getting burned

out because it's essentially, you know, that's the, at the end of the day, that is what anybody has to do if they're ever

going to be successful at anything.

It's called repetitious boredom pays off.
