share this with you and all of our listeners.

What's that?

Guess how many total downloads and basically how many agents viewed or listened to one of our podcasts in the last basically 12 months, 12 months in like, what would it be, 12 months

and eight days?

In the millions, but you tell me how many

millions? No, you got to guess. That's the whole point of guess. I'm going to say between, I know it's

over 2 million. I think it's over 2 million. 6 million. So, that's a lot. Well, here's what,

it is a lot. But here's the thing to keep in mind. A lot of the folks listening, there wasn't like 2.6 million individuals that listened. There were a lot of people

listen on a regular basis. Most of our audience listens to us every single day. And which

is a blessing and a curse, right? Right. From the, you know, obviously we love doing this

podcast and it's a blessing that we have the opportunity to be part of so many people's lives,

but it's a curse because we have to do it every day.

I think expectations. It does take a lot of work.

And actually, guys, so thank you for keeping this number one listen to daily podcasts and,

dare I say, viewed for residential real estate.
