So I received a message the other day, and this is from somebody who is in their 50s,

late 50s if I remember correctly, and they were feeling a little bit like the world has gotten

by them, and their opportunity really to do anything exceptional with their lives has come and gone.

And it was kind of depressing, but at the same time, it was kind of interesting from my perspective

because it gave me an opportunity to really, frankly, be motivated to create the outline for this

podcast, Julie and I did it together,

obviously, but also to directly help that person. So what I did is I created this outline and I called

them up, and I gave them like a little mini, you know, essentially a little mini coaching call using

some of these facts and figures and made an enormous difference. And ever since then, I've been getting

little updates about the things that they've been doing. So here's the reality. It's never too late to achieve success in real estate or in life in general.

And so what we're going to be doing is we're going to be sharing stories with you that I know should motivate you.

I know we'll definitely educate you and hopefully get you into action because here's the reality of it.

The reality of it is is that most of us won't achieve our greatest levels of success until we're in our 50s and 60s.

And despite what you might be hearing from social media and from all these influencers who are making you believe that, you know, once you hit 25, you're past your prime.
