Real estate agents and brokers, this time is not like last time...or any time in the past. We are in uncharted waters, trying to figure out where the current is headed so we can paddle in that direction instead of trying to paddle against it.   In real estate, as in life, knowledge equals confidence and ignorance equals fear. Be the one with the facts, so you can be a leader in the new market. You were sharing with me some of the interesting numerical, like, you know, overviews where the home sales have been in, like, last 15 years, the total number of home sales.
