Well, it seems logical, right?

I know.

It's like, oh, yeah, that is a valid, I could see why you'd ask that question.

listings sold, things you can do to make it so your listing sell faster than pretty much

whatever the market averages are. And you will soon discover that your inventory of homes for sale,

despite what the interest rates and the economy and all the rest of it might be reported as

being, your inventory will sell as if it were a hot sellers market again,

and that is how you attract more sellers to you. Ultimately, that is the key. If you want to
