This is the second part of our three-part series titled "23 Secret Sources Of Homes For Sale". In order to succeed in real estate, you need to achieve two goals: getting your buyers in contract and finding more listings for your own inventory. Throughout this podcast series, we will share strategies to help you achieve both objectives. But before we dive into the secret sources and techniques, consider the following: How well do you understand your buyers' requirements? Are you being overly specific or obsessed with certain areas, amenities, or schools? It may be time to discuss flexibility and distinguish between "must-have" and "nice-to-have" criteria. Relying solely on MLS is no longer sufficient. While it's one method, it's not THE method. Commit to following the strategies we will discuss for every qualified and motivated buyer, or refer them to an agent who can serve them better.
