and we are thrilled to announce the Raven's new head coach, Jesse Minter.

Hot off the press this year, breaking news, very exciting, higher,

and we're going to break down all of it for you here today and

Garrett is the fourth head coach in Ravens history a familiar face somebody that

the Ravens know well comes from this program and now he will return in the big

office here at the Underarm Performance Center. So very exciting.

A lot to talk about here. And you want to read the Ravens statement from Eric Costa and from Jesse Minter? Yeah, we've heard from Jesse Minter, Eric Takasta, and Steve Bichotty. I think first and foremost from me, like when I, this is, the Ravens went through a thorough process here. And that's, they speak to that in these statements. And I also think that they're able to get a coach who, at the start of this process,

I think a lot of us has circled as a potential one of the top names on the list.

Familiarity, defense, identity, culture, knows the program.

But it's not just a matter if he's a familiar face.

He's a familiar face

who also has this great football mind and proven track record at the college level, at the

pro level. And now he gets to come back to where his NFL career started and build on that. And I

think he's the right man for the job and this opportunity. So Steve Bishotti said in his statement,

Jesse was impressive throughout our incredibly thorough interview process. He clearly understands

the values, high expectations, and the history of the Ravens. And he has a great vision

for the future. Jesse's football acumen is outstanding. And that's been proven by the impact

he's made throughout his entire coaching career. He's also a leader who will authentically connect with our players and inspire them to championship

levels. I want to thank Eric DeCosta, Sachi Brown, and our entire selection committee for the work
