I'm Ryan Mink here with Garrett Downing.

And today we're going to break down the reported second round of interviews for the Ravens,

as well as talk about the other breaking news around the coaching carousel,

including reports that Lamar Jackson has his offensive coordinator of choice

and other news from around the AFC North. So Garrett reported second interviews for the Ravens

with Jesse Minter, the defensive coordinator of the Chargers, Joe Brady, the offensive

coordinator of the Buffalo Bills, and Anthony Weaver, the defensive coordinator of the Miami Dolphins. So those are the only, those are the three reported ones. We don't know if there will be more second round interviews with candidates who are still in the playoffs right now. You know, you look at the coaches with the Rams, the Broncos. We don't need to go through the whole list again,

but there could be more. As of now, those are the three names that are out there. And so obviously,

they're in the running, right? Any of those three guys could get the job. So let's just break

each of those coaches down one by one. And let's start with him. And that's also, that's also

timestamp this. We're recording this around 1-15 Thursday afternoon, which news changes often around this time of the year. So by the time you're listening to this, there could be updates and changes here and elsewhere around the league or additional reports. But I think it is important to keep in mind that things change quickly this time of year. Yes.

So let's start with Anthony Weaver, a guy that Ravens fans know well.

You know, former defensive end here in Baltimore was drafted by the Ravens. And then was a defensive line coach as well as assistant or associate head coach under

John Harbaugh here in Baltimore.

When he didn't get the DC job, Zach Orr did, then Anthony Weaver left for Miami to be the defensive coordinator there.

He's been a finalist for other head coaching jobs past several years, including for the Washington

commanders, but just has come up short each time. So Anthony Weaver, you know, there's a lot to like

with him as a candidate. He's also a finalist for head coaching jobs this time around too,

here, here reportedly in Baltimore and elsewhere. Pittsburgh Steelers also on that list.

Anthony Weaver is a guy that I think is, there's a lot to like about him, personally and professionally.
