And we are going to hear from Jesse Minter, the Ravens' new head coach in this episode.

No, it's not a one-on-one interview with Jesse, but we went back into the archives and found an interview

that he did with John Harbaugh as part of the Harbaugh Coaching Academy.

John sat down with a number of coaches, including coaches in this year's hiring cycle,

to talk to them about their coaching philosophy, what they believe in, and what they, you know,

would do in the position as head coach, which Jesse Minter spoke to. So we have some of those

clips from that interview for you that'll give you more insight on the kind

of coach that Jesse Minter is and what he's bringing to Baltimore. So, Garrett, I know that you

went through this interview and Jesse is an impressive guy. And I think what stands out to him,

first and foremost, when he sat down with John Harbaal, was what he believes in his culture that he would bring to a program.

Yeah, I think first and foremost, what I'd say on Jesse is obviously a smart guy.

That's evident whenever you hear him speak, press conferences in this interview.

Now, this interview is a few years old.

This is back when he was a defensive coordinator at Michigan going into the national

championship season in 2023.

And then he spent the last two seasons, of course, as a defensive coordinator out in

LA.

So this was going into that season.
