1:03.4	tsunami scheduled and all kinds of devastation. And what do we do? Like how do we,
1:08.5	how to react against these things? But before we do that,
1:11.3	just a brief, like who are you, banker, broker, loan officer, branch manager?
1:17.2	Give us a, brings up a speed a little bit. Yeah. So I'm a small broker in New Hampshire.
1:22.6	We're located about 45 minutes north of Boston. I've been in business for just over three years as a
1:29.8	broker and I've been lending since 2001. Awesome. So you're new to the broker world three years ago.
1:36.1	Awesome. Yep. Cool. Good for you man. And is it, are you a loan officer in a broker shop?
1:41.9	Is it your broker shop? It's mine. So right now it's just me as the only L.O. So all production comes through me. And I have a support staff of three currently. Nice. You're up there. You're not too, too far from Wes Oliver. Do you know who Wes Oliver is? I've heard the name. I've never had the pleasure of meeting him, though. Man, that would be a really good person. If I was, if I was up in the Boston area, man, that would be, uh, Wes Oliver would be my new best friend. So, uh, yeah, reach out to him today. Yeah, for you guys up in the Boston area, there's a branch manager up there by the name of
2:19.3	Wes Oliver, and that cat's got it going on. He's a really good dude. I've learned a lot from him,
2:24.2	and he's got it going on. So anyway, anytime I hear Boston, I think of, or that area, that basic
2:31.6	area, I think two things, Matt Bansson and Westauer.
