All right, Adam Peters will address the media out in Indianapolis at the Combine. That is

scheduled to start here momentarily. We'll do a quick what he got while we wait for him. So last

night in the Catholic League Boys final, the WCAC final at AU, I went to the semifinal games on Sunday.

Actually really went to one of the semifinal games.

I saw Paul the 6th beat O'Connell in a very good game.

But last night in what some are saying is one of the greatest WCA championship games ever.

In double overtime, Paul the 6th beat St. John's 82 to 76 with Jordan Smith,

who is the player of the year in the area and one of the greats to ever come out of this area.

He's headed to Arkansas next year to play for John Calapari,

the number three player nationally per ESPN's top 100. Paul, the sixth, by the way, number one

in the country, ranked last night Jordan Smith in the championship game, 39 points, seven assists,

seven steals. That's what you call closing it out. He was 10 of 22 from the floor,

18 of 25 from the free throw line. If you've watched Jordan Smith, you know one thing is for sure.

He is as athletic a player as we've seen at 6-2 come out of this area ever.

He is a relentless high-motor competitor, and it's hard to stay in front of him.

It is hard to stop him from getting where he wants to get without fouling him. And last night he had 25 free throw attempts in a double overtime game in which he played 39 minutes. Remember,

those quarters are eight. So it's 32 minutes, add another 10 for the two overtimes, and you're

at 42 minutes. He played 39 of the 42 minutes in the game

and scored, I'm sorry, 36 minutes, 36 minutes and scored 39 points. Congrats to PVI I
