We're going to be coaching Deborah and in Deborah's coaching call,

we're going to focus on the fact that she is a 55 year old retired lady

and that she has really struggled with putting weight on in the last five years.

now that she's gone through the menopause situation and she's wanting to live this kind

And she helped her get started by focusing on our six steps to success in the half size
