Summary

This week’s re-release is with the amazing Dr. Julie Smith. Dr. Julie is a clinical psychologist, online educator and author. Her book Why Has Nobody Told Me This Before? was a massive bestseller. She is also a mum to 3 young children. When we first released this episode back in June we received so many DMs from listeners saying they loved the episode and sharing what they got from it. There isn’t a mother out there who doesn’t drop balls, make mistakes, have regrets, and feel guilty, including the ones we think look perfect like Dr. Julie. If you haven’t listened to this episode I hope you love it, and if you already have maybe you’ll listen again and take something new from it. I think you will because there is just so much in this one. Special thanks to our sponsors ATHLETIC GREENS My sponsor this week is Athletic Greens. I love AG1. I take it every morning when I’m making the girls breakfast. AG1 has over 7k 5* reviews and I can see why. It’s a supplement with 75 ingredients and its special blend is designed to support gut health, nervous and immune system, energy, recovery, focus and even aging. It’s one of my non-negotiables. It tastes quite nice and while I’m drinking it I’m reminding myself I’m worth looking after and that I can only be the mother and person I want to be in the world when I look after myself. We are grateful to Athletic Greens for sponsoring this episode of the Motherkind podcast.
