Summary

Hey everyone, welcome to this episode of the Motherkind podcast, the show that's going to help you navigate the massive challenges of life as a modern mother with more community, confidence, clarity and self-awareness. Because December is so full-on for us, I do not record any new podcasts this month. Instead, we re-release the ones you have loved over the past year. This re-release is with Anna Mathur about the cost of holding it all together. It is such a good one for us to be hearing right now with the holidays approaching. Anna is a mum of three, and a Psychotherapist, Author and Speaker. She is also an incredible person and a great support to me. We are grateful to Athletic Greens for sponsoring this episode of the Motherkind podcast. I use AG1 every morning.
