Good. Welcome to Dallas, Texas. Thank you. It's great to be back. Did some jujitsu this morning? Yeah, yeah, that was fun. You learned the clock choke? Yeah, that was fun. It was hard, but that was fun. How'd that feel? Yeah, it felt great once you get the hang of it. What's it feel like to learn how to choke someone? That part's great.

That's my strong suit too.

It is your strong suit.

You're very good at choking.

I feel like the thing that I've noticed when I was learning that today and then the other option from the back, I feel like I'm able to pick things up.

Like, I don't freak out when I see all these steps anymore.

Yeah.

So I'm picking it up maybe a little faster than I used to.

I mean, you would be a better judge of that

than me. I just feel like I am. Yeah, you absolutely are and you've heard me use this analogy a million

times, but it's sort of like if you're listening to someone speak a language that you know nothing

in, then it just sounds like, it sounds like they're speaking really fast, and it just sounds

like a jumble of sounds

where and and i think when someone starts shiu jitsu that's what it feels like there's a jumble

of movements and you don't understand anything there's no rhyme or reason behind anything and now i was

saying like i feel like you're really getting, like you know the alphabet now.

And now it's starting to get to the point where it's like you're learning words.

And you can put those letters together to make words that actually means something.
