Ethan says, "Truthfully, any space can, because what we're talking about when we think about a community-based brand, we're really thinking about a set of values, right? A set of interests that people have been, may be into. They could be into cars, they could be into fitness, they could be into renovation. There's people that are passionate about it and want to talk about it. And so I would say it can be done in every single space. There are spaces where it's a more natural fit, but it can be done any where."

Today, we interview Ethan Song, Founder & CEO of RareCircles. RareCircles is a membership and experiential loyalty platform, powering the world's best communities.

We discussed:

* What he's grateful for
* His previous brand, Frank & Oak, and how it informed his new venture
* What worked in the early days of Frank & Oak around community?
* The challenges of building community and why more brands aren't doing so
* What is the easiest way to build communities
* A walk through the RareCircles platform and what it does
* Who do they work and how to onboard?
* Why building a community can fit with any sector and brand
* And more…
