It's me again, alone in quarantine.

How the fuck are you doing?

I gotta say, I was in a real shit mood last week and I feel

true to form that my pendulum has swung in the entirely

different direction and I am feeling

chipper as a Christmas chicken. So this should be really, really fun.

I feel entirely rejuvenated. Me and Andrew did a very safe,

socially distant, contactless hotel getaway just for like, you know,

a hop-skipping jump to Santa Barbara and it was exactly what I needed.

Andrew totally surprised me. On our anniversary, he like packed us

an overnight bag and got us an oceanfront suite at the

Woods Carlton and he bought champagne and the wine we drank on our

wedding day was my favorite ton of caviar and cut up all the

accompanying garnishes like eggs and shallots and creme

fresh and potato and whisked me away to Santa Barbara.

Just kidding, I orchestrated the whole fucking thing,

start to goddamn finish. Don't you love the couples that are like,

oh my god, I woke up and Parker packed me a bag

and blindfolded me and like drove me to the most adorable

baton breakfast and less a leavehouse and we did a picnic
