| 0:00.0 | Hey everyone, it's K-Sunga here. I just want to let you know that we've launched a brand |
| 0:07.0 | new call and advice podcast called Dear Headspace. Each week the headspace teachers, along |
| 0:14.6 | with some amazing new friends, are answering your questions about relationships, work, |
| 0:20.7 | life, mindfulness, and just about everything else. It's so different from anything we've |
| 0:27.5 | ever created and we're so excited for you to hear it. Dear Headspace comes out every |
| 0:33.2 | Tuesday on the Headspace app and anywhere that you listen to podcasts. Thanks for listening. |
| 1:00.7 | Hi, my name's Andy and welcome to Radio Headspace and to Friday. One of the last bits of |

| 1:44.9 | somehow keeping things small. That we're somehow not allowing our dreams, our hopes, our |
| 1:52.4 | activity, however you like to think about it, to actually manifest in the world. It was |
| 1:57.6 | something that I took with me that I've certainly carried into my life at Headspace, but |

| 2:09.2 | in our thinking in our mind and if we can just let go of that, then we offer ourselves |
| 2:14.2 | the opportunity. And thinking big doesn't mean scale necessarily. It might mean moving |
| 2:21.6 | out of our comfort zone. It might be trying something that we've always wanted to do, |
| 2:27.3 | but for some reason something's been holding us back. And I always used to reflect on |
| 2:32.3 | his journey when he gave me that advice. You know, he left Tibet at a time where it was |
