Hi, it's Andy here and welcome to Radio Headspace. So it's Tuesday morning. I hope you've had a good start to the week.

I was chatting with a friend earlier and we got talking about the current situation and how we're all feeling.

And of course all of us are feeling different sort of day

to day. And we were talking about happiness and is it possible to feel happy in the midst of a

global health crisis? Is it even appropriate? Should we feel guilty if we feel a sense of

happiness at any time? And as we started to explore this idea, we got into kind of,

well, what are we really talking about when we're talking about happiness?

And I think that's often what kind of gets in the way when we think about how we would like

to be sort of happier in our lives.

Of course there are these moments of magic and delight and joy and we should celebrate those.

We should welcome them into our life, make space for them.
