Summary

We all seem to have a fixed idea of who we think we are and who we’re not. And often, that can define how we live. We just might be shortchanging ourselves in the process. But if we can catch those ideas as they arise and explore them, we can see that anything and everything is possible. Learn more about your ad choices. Hey everyone, it's K-Sunga here. I just want to let you know that we've launched a brand

with some amazing new friends, are answering your questions about relationships, work,

life, mindfulness, and just about everything else. It's so different from anything we've

ever created and we're so excited for you to hear it. Dear Headspace comes out every

Hi, my name is Andy and welcome to Radio Headspace. It's Wednesday morning and it's a good

1:48.7

but just to really understand kind of what that means. When we take an idea that we might have

1:53.8

projected into the world or that might have been projected onto us by others and when we take

1:58.4

hold of it, make it kind of who we are. It's really important that we dig into that and better

2:03.4

understand it because we might just be short-changing ourselves in the process.

2:12.8

Let's say it's worry. We're someone who worries a lot or we're fearful a lot in some way.

2:18.3

Let's start actually looking for the anxiety and this person saying, I haven't got time for these

2:23.6

games. I'm too busy. Although it may sound like a game in the same way that if we had something wrong
