| 1:06.1 | From 1976 to 1979 I studied dance at the Auburn School of Dance and Music located in Auburn, Washington. |
| 1:14.4 | And Mr. Smith was my dance teacher for every one of the classes that I took there. |
| 1:19.2 | I started out in September of 1976 in an adult tap class that was held on Friday evenings. |
| 1:26.1 | The reason I got involved in tap was because I had been watching old movies on TV. |
| 1:31.9 | And a lot of those movies that caught my interest were musicals, especially musicals starring Gene Kelly. |
