Welcome back. I'm Rebecca. And I'm Gabe. Welcome to 2025. Happy new year from us. And we're excited

about a year ahead of rhythms. And Rebecca and I, with our family,

one of the big conversations every year, is not about resolutions. Rhythms. It's about rhythms.

And we hope this podcast and this conversation, this community helps you think about what are the rhythms

and the systems that you're building into your life that aren't just going to help you in January,

but they're going to help you this entire year. Yeah, we are so excited about our episode coming up, this very

first one for 25. I think it says the tone for what we've been personally seeking the Lord in

this idea of humility. Gabe, you've talked a lot about this the last few weeks.

This is my word for the year. Yeah. Humility, which it's one of those things I've kind of confessed.

I have confessed to my family, to the men that I do life with, our community of couples, you know,

that this is a word God's impressed on my heart for the year, which is a scary prayer, you know,

to pray for humility. But I just know God opposes the proud, and I see some pride on my heart for the year, which is a scary prayer, you know, to pray for humility.

worked out. And so I just think today's conversation is such a welcome way to get into this

conversation, because we're talking to Zach Meerkrebes, who wrote a new book called Lower,

igniting spiritual awakening through radical humility.

But I think you'll hear in Zach's story.

He's the guy that essentially was the first to speak at the chapel at Asbury Seminary

when this outpouring and revival journey began almost two years ago now.
