who's been now about to debut, while this runs her second Hollywood issue, is it, Radica?

Your third, I guess, rather. Your third Hollywood issue, right? Yes. Yes, my third. Very exciting.

And thank you so much for having me. Well, thank you so much for doing this. And it's so funny, I'm not sure you hear this all the time, but in looking at the

Hollywood issue and just thinking about where we are in the world, I couldn't help to think

of, I'm sorry, I hope I got that's right, the first line of Vanity Fair, Thackeray, was it?

As the manager of the performance sits in front of the curtain and looks into the fair a feeling of profound melancholy comes over him

in his bustling place wow you know what i had not thought of that thank you for putting that

in my head since you brought it up can i tell you a little a little nugget about the cover that i love

on the cover and i it's um I feel illicit speaking freely about it because

as we're recording, it's not out in the world, but it will be out in the world so I can say

this. So Maya Rudolph is on the cover, one of ten people, and she's reading a book. And the book

she's reading is Vanity Fair by Thackeray. And it's actually my own copy

that we had photographed. So I can't go and get it and check the line because I haven't got it

back yet from the production team. But that was a fun little moment. Well, that's why I thought of it.

And thank you for not giving me the benefit of the doubt,

wanting to check my quote.

It just comes naturally to an editor.

It's funny, because I think about your iteration of Vanity Fair, it's about glamour and it's

dangers, but also the perspective I thought you bring to the magazine is the exclusionary aspect of
