In May 2023, the jury found Equinox liable for race and gender discrimination, and for maintaining a hostile work environment in violation of the New York City Human Rights Law, and awarded her $11.25 million. Röbynn is currently pursuing a doctorate in physical therapy, after a forced exit from her prior career of corporate fitness management.
