What's up S.S. Nation and welcome to this afternoon edition of Surviving Survivor,

and once again another incredible panel and on this panel sadly sits one of the

victims of a horrific crime that happened on the Ma and Pa trail in Maryland back at the very very beginning of August.

He has one daughter named Fay and Fay's mother is Rachel Moran and that of course is Matt McMahon who I'll have more formally

introduced you to in a moment but just before going on air Matt sent me a

quick note and it is a little chilling to read this but

Matt's note said 107 p.m. today so just in about 30 minutes I 35 minutes exactly I 35 minutes, exactly, exactly 35 minutes, marks seven months since the 911 call that

alerted the Hartford County Sheriff's Office that Rachel's body was located on the Ma'enpa Trail.

So a somber day in that sense, it is a seven month anniversary.

Hard to believe that that much time has gone by that we have

been covering this case. The Hartford County Sheriff's Office says that

Rachel Morin's death was the result of a quote unquote violent

homicide and even though they're not a ton of new developments although we will

hear from Matt about the latest we've got to keep doing. We've got to keep getting the word out there.

Rachel's Killer has got to be found. As I mentioned, Matt McMahon is a top right of your

screen. Always a very thoughtful guest he's been on before and

prayers obviously to him and his family and let's hope that they catch

Rachel's killer.

Fay is his only daughter and his Rachel's oldest child.
