Hey everyone, sorry for the long delay between episodes. There has been a lot going on on my end,

and I want to fill you in before I jump into the next episode. I didn't want to just pretend like

that month and a half gap didn't happen. So first, a couple of law firms are interested in

bringing me onto their team in their corporate law department, which is really exciting. The best part about it is that they're interested in bringing me on to their team in their corporate law department,

which is really exciting. The best part about it is that they're interested in incorporating the

negotiation trainings as part of the program. So it could be a potentially great opportunity.

I'll keep you posted on that. Hopefully I'll be able to lock something up by the end of the

summer at the latest. Secondly, I had the opportunity

to teach a negotiations course at the law school with the second ranked dispute resolution program

in the country. And it just so happens that this school is also my alma mater, the Ohio State

University Moritz College of Law. This was a phenomenal opportunity and I really enjoyed teaching.

Putting on the professor hat, I think suits me. If you're a listener of the podcast, you know I love

to nerd out on this stuff. So it was really, really fun for me to do. In fact, at the beginning of

the course, when I was introducing myself to the students, I actually

got a little bit emotional because I had the opportunity to teach alongside the man who taught

my first negotiation course in law school, Jim Lawrence.

It's really him who got me on this path of negotiation and opened up this new fascination

for me. And it was humbling to teach

alongside him. He has forgotten more about negotiation than I will ever know. And it was an honor

to be even considered for the position. But now that things are back to normal, you can expect

weekly episodes again. I'm looking forward to getting back to it, and I appreciate you sticking with me

despite this unintentional and unscheduled hiatus. I'm looking forward to seeing you in the next one.
