Hey, my friend, before we get into today's episode, I've been getting a lot of questions from

people who want to know what I'm doing to address and encourage diversity, inclusion,

and affirmative action both in my business and programs, and thus as a result in my life.

I realize this is not about me. I just realize that I have a

platform that I can leverage to assist in making change. And I intend to do that. Not just now,

not just last week or next week, but moving forward, the continued injustice and perpetuation

racism, this is horrifying.

It has to stop.

And I want to be open to honest conversations and resources for change.

Again, not just today, not just now, not just last week, but ongoing.

Okay.

First, I don't have all the answers.

I'm learning and listening just like so many. But what I do

know after a lot of recent conversations is that I can be a whole lot better. I'm committed to

using my influence and platform to create a better and more inclusive world. This actually

aligns with my deeper purpose, which after

being in business now for six and a half years, I became clear on last month finally. And let me

share more about that coming up. So as a human, as a father, as a leader within my community

here, here's what I'm doing. Number one, I'm going to include more

diversity and black leaders on my platforms. Instagram is the quickest way to do this. So we're

going to start there. We already have a plan for that. But my podcast here, this is my largest
