Life is too short to drink crappy coffee, my friends.

This morning, I tried a new coffee.

So I grind my beans at home, super coffee stuff when I come to all that stuff.

And I tried to do coffee this morning, and I tasted it.

And it was awful.

It was so bad.

I'm back on the bulletproof wagon right now and have been for a little while.

And I was like, well, everything else in the mix, you know, in the bulletproof mix, now and have been for a little while and I was like well everything else

in the mix you know in the bulletproof mix in the blender will sort of mask the flavor of the coffee

no no I tried it went through all the work to make it blend it oh it's awful poured it out

started fresh started with my go-to, which is James Coffee Beans here in
