All right, folks, just a reminder that all of the starting strength seminars this year will be in Wichita Falls, Texas.

That being said, the next seminar coming up will be April 16th through the 18th, and then after that will be June 11th through the 13th. For available

camps, we have a coaching development camp on the list covering how to coach the power clean on

March 6th, and that will be at Starting Strength, Houston. For lifting camps coming up, we have a

squat camp at Starting Strength Dallas on March 6th. And guess what, New York? We're coming back.

Squat and deadlift camp on Long Island,

March 21st in the Babylon, New York area. And we'll also have another squat and deadlift camp

at Starting Strength Austin on March 28th. March 13th, we'll have a nutrition camp at Starting Strength

Houston, where Bob Santana will come in with his luscious locks of hair and explain how to eat for performance.

And as usual, there's a plethora of contests and meats at Testify Strength and Conditioning in Omaha.
