Hey, this is Trey.

Thank you for joining us for a Thursday edition of our podcast, which is Q&A Day, and should be, if my math is right, which is a rarity, a week from Thanksgiving.

So it'd be a great time to be thinking about what we're thankful for. And as I read the news, I guess one of

the top things I would be thankful for is that I'm no longer in Congress. What a math house that

looks like. But that probably isn't a question. So, or if it is, I'll wait and extrapolate on that later on. Well, hey, Trey, you're right. It's almost Thanksgiving. And it's a great time to think about what we're thankful for. And you're right. It's a good time to not be in Congress right now, at least for us. Yeah, I don't know that there was ever a good time to be in Congress.

Well, I mean for meeting you and many other people, not the actual work of it, I guess, for you at least.

It just looks like I'd rather be on death row than be serving in that body right now.

But also don't have a ton. although i did talk to one of my

very good friends i called uh kevin mccarthy last night and he happened to be on the call with

jimmy jordan chairman of judiciary uh all-american wrestler one of the best colleagues I ever had. And so we all

got on a three-way call. You probably didn't think we knew how to merge calls, did you?

I believe in you. You can do it. No, it took us about 30 minutes. And one of us had to Google the

instructions, but we figured out how to

merge all the calls and had a great time catching up but jimmy he's married to polly who's one of

the kindest sweetest people in the world i'll save the story of what i ate when i stayed at their

house for another time because once again nobody asked whether I'd rather be in Congress than a psychiatric hospital.

And nobody asked, why did you eat both of the pies that Polly Jordan made while you were staying at Jimmy's house?

She must be a good baker.

She is a fantastic cook. and one of the sweetest people

on earth. And Jimmy is incredibly hospitable and one of the better athletes to ever serve in Congress.

Well, well said, and you're right, we don't have that particular question, but we do have some great ones as always.
