There's been a recent report that was released by a nonprofit organization called the Clean Label Project

that has been making the rounds in all of the mainstream media as well as many influencers

discussing this report and talking about the dangers of heavy metals and protein powder.

So we're going to discuss whether or not it's something that you actually need to be worried about

and paying attention to.

The second topic that we're going to discuss is coffee and health.

Does it benefit our health? Does it harm our health? I know this is a topic that a lot of people are interested in,

and I think you'll be surprised to hear what I have to say about it. And the third topic that we're

going to discuss is what is an ideal body fat percentage? I get this question quite often as well,

and I think it's a good discussion to open up in cover

because the way that body fat affects health is a little bit more complicated than a lot of people realize.
