So let's go ahead and jump into it. And let's start by discussing whether or not weight loss

is actually a good goal for you. So a couple of questions to ask yourself.

Are you carrying excess body weight in your abdominal area? Is this negatively affecting your

health in some way? Is this causing you to have prediabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure?

Is this impacting your joints? Is this impacting the way you feel?

If all of these things are yes, then you could probably stand to drop some excess body fat.

And a large percentage of United States adults are in this category of individuals whose health would improve from losing some excess
