Most people, you know, I was talking to this guy

that's worth about $800 million that spoke at the event. And he said, most people don't have high

enough pricing because they have low self-esteem is what he said. Most owners don't charge the right

prices because they have low self-esteem. Think about that. Low self-esteem equals low prices.
