Next is going to be IV therapy clinics, and this should be a short one, but here's the deal. There is absolutely no justification for doing this from a health standpoint. Now, if you feel better when you do it, great, but it doesn't mean it's benefiting your health. Now, if you are dehydrated and you need an electrolyte solution or something like that, that may be helpful. And it might make you feel better in the short term, but again, that doesn't mean it's benefiting your health. And there was a story that came out a couple of weeks ago where a woman died at an IV therapy clinic. They don't know exactly what happened. They think it's probably related to the IV therapy. But this is not something that we need to be doing. This is not something that's benefiting your health. Taking a massive load of vitamins that you're going to urinate out a couple hours later is not worth it.

is the galveston diet i've been getting asked a lot of questions about this, and I want to

address it. The third thing that we're going to cover is how to heal your gut after antibiotics.

cover is microwaves and nutrient loss in food, or are microwaves safe? So let's go ahead and get into it. We're going to start off

with the first topic is Berberine Nature's Ozympic. And the short answer to this question is no.

There was a study that was published in 2020. It was a meta-analysis of randomized control trials

that looked at the impact of berberine on body weight. And it showed that there was about a two

kilogram reduction on average among the individuals who supplemented with berberine.

So it did produce what would be considered what was statistically significant weight loss.
